The invited speakers are Dr. Aidan Mcgarry, University of Brighton, and Dr. Dan Oprescu, Senior Advisor, National Agency for the Roma, Romanian Government. The event will be chaired by Prof. Dennis Deletant, School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University College London.
