The PHARE Project supports the Ministry of Education and Research in implementing its policy of increasing the access to education of disadvantaged groups, represented by Roma children, children with special education needs, children from poor families, etc. To achieve its objectives, the Project aims at institutional building but it is also involved in the practical field work at the county and community level. The Project is looking for local expert to work in the field defined above.
