5TH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON ROMANIAN STUDIES

Just a friendly reminder that you have a little over two weeks to submit proposals for the 5th International Congress on Romanian Studies being held this summer in Constanta. The deadline in January 31, 2007.
Since this is a general conference on Romanian Studies, there is no overarching theme or themes for the meeting. Paper, panel, and roundtable proposals are welcomed on the entire range of Romanian Studies topics. Panels should include 3-4 papers; round-tables can include 5-7 participants. Conference presentations are limited to one formal paper on a panel and participation in as many as two round-tables.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the Congress, or proposals. We will try to work with you if you have a viable panel or round-table proposal that might take a little more time to finalize, but we need to know what’s coming down the pipeline.
