BUCHAREST—October 20, 2005— On October 19, 2005 a partnership agreement was signed between The Foundation for Communication Strategies (FCS) and MCA Romania.
FCS was created in 1993 and it aims to lead, as a part of the European Racism and Xenophobia Network (RAXEN), the process of monitoring and collecting data regarding the racism, the xenophobia and the anti-Semitism in Romania.
RAXEN is a network created by the European Union Monitoring Center on Racism and Xenophobia. At this point in time, RAXEN is expanding its activities in Romania.
MCA Romania welcomes FCS’s important, for the Romanian civil society, initiative and expresses its willingness to support any activity which promotes ethnic tolerance in Romania.
