Black ribbons at our doors, at our wrists, in our hair
Horror on our minds for the weeping South
thousands lost, thousands displaced shaking with disbelief
Friends, brothers, sisters, you are not forgotten!
The whole world is watching the struggles, the courage, the despair
United in thoughts, in arts, in good will we take action and do our best!
September kept taking its victims yet new life and new help bring hope
so many reaching towards Divine sources
